Money won't make you happy !!!

"Money won't make you happy''.....but I can assure you that not having money will not make you happy either.

Anyone that tells you that money won't make you happy obviously hasn't experienced the desperation and stress of not having money. The stress of poverty and the stress of not having money is far greater than any stress you can ever experience when you have money.

Money won't make you happy.....No one thing in exclusivity can make you happy......it doesn't matter whether it's love, friendship, health, spirituality, creativity, work or even freedom! .The truth is NOTHING can make you happy except you! So don't expect anything or anyone to make you happy, that is your responsibility and your duty!

However, what money does offer you during this lifetime is the ability to EXPERIENCE the world you live in and it gives you the freedom to choose & create those unique experiences for yourself. Now It's up to you and how you wish to experience the world and share those experiences with the people you love and care about!"

You Need A Mentor?

Do you have a business mentor or role model you look up to? One who can inspire, advise and encourage you? If you’re a woman business owner, the answer is probably “No.” You must read this.
Someone asked me few days ago if it was necessary to have a mentor as a young lady growing her business, I have no other response to her than YES, it’s so necessary to have a mentor.
Mentoring is to support and encourage people to manage their own learning in order that they may maximize their potential, develop their skills, improve their performance and become the person they want to be.” Eric Parsloe, The oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring
Where can you find mentors and role models? Here are five ideas:
  1. Reach out to other successful women in your business line. Read blogs updates, publications and social media feeds (Facebook, Twitter,Instagram,LinkedIn, Lots more)  to keep up with female thought leaders. Comment on their posts or articles; once you’ve built up an online relationship, contact them offline see if they are willing to offer advice. Keep it quick, simple and precise.
  2. Work your network. Join not only industry networking groups, but also groups specific to women in your city, industry or niche (such as African-American women). You will find like-minded women who can be business mentors.
  3. Take the lead. Don’t just take the seat at conferences or programmes "Get involved" take a leadership role by chairing committees or moderating panels. By doing so, you’ll rub shoulders with movers and shakers who can become mentors or advisors.
  4. Join a formal mentoring program. WIMBIZ is a great organization that provides mentorship from experienced business owners to entrepreneurs at all stages of business. They are reaching out to women and have a growing number of female mentors. Visit www.wimbiz.org for more information.
  5. Connect with the community. Peers are just as important as mentors because they provide emotional support.

Take it as a project to have a mentor today so sure you won’t regret.

Celebrate, Support and Empower Women…

TO EMPOWER, CELEBRATE AND SUPPORT WOMEN IN BUSINESS AND BUILD A STRONG NETWORK FOR CHANGE WORLDWIDE

By empowering a woman we’re supporting her, her family and her community. I did love to engage women and men globally to support women through our blog inspiring post. #CWE is ready to promote women-owned, women-led businesses and causes.

Join us in supporting a woman entrepreneur or woman-focused cause of her choice in honor of making the CWE pledge to Celebrate, Support and Empower Women…

The total number of women on the planet since 2013 is almost 3.6 Billion! Yet the World Economic Forum reports that no nation has yet to achieve gender equality – depending on where they live, women only have access to 58-70% of the economic, educational, health and political resources and opportunities available to men 1 Let’s change this and make 2015 the year everyone must come together and make a massive impact to support women owned businesses all over the world by taking time out to celebrate women.

This Blog page is set to Celebrate and Support of Women Entrepreneurs.
